Book online for live availability, call us, email us, or ask at the spa. Online is the quickest way to see what is free.
See the menu and bookYour appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from the booking service, or from us if you booked by phone or email.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before your time, so you can settle in and tell us anything we should know. If you arrive late we may have to shorten your treatment so that the next client is not kept waiting.
Call +1 758 716 7031Please let us know as early as you can, and at least 24 hours before your appointment. That gives us a chance to offer the time to someone else.
Occasionally we have to move an appointment, for example if a therapist is unwell or there is a problem at the spa. We will contact you as soon as we can and offer the next time that suits you, or a credit or refund for the treatment you had booked.
You can pay at the spa by card or cash, and in some cases when you book. Prices are those shown on our booking page at the time you book.
Packages and prepaid treatments carry their own conditions, which are shown when you buy them.
If you have paid in advance and need to cancel, we will refund the part you have not used in line with the terms you were given when you bought it, or offer you a credit if you would rather have that.
For courses, deposits and fees are covered by the terms on your enrolment form.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for the period printed on them. A booking is still needed. Please bring the voucher, or tell us its code, when you arrive.
Please tell us about pregnancy, allergies, medical conditions, medication or recent surgery before your treatment. We will adapt it, or suggest something more suitable.
Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian with them, or that guardian's written consent.
If anything here is unclear, email info@soindebeautespa.com or ask us when you arrive. We would rather answer a question than have you unsure about your appointment.
