The agreement between you and Soin de Beauté when you use this site, book a treatment or join a course.

These terms apply when you use this website, come to us for a treatment, or enrol on a course at Soin de Beauté Day Spa & School of Beauty Therapy. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You are welcome to use this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy its content, scrape it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or gets in the way of other visitors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
The photographs, text and design on this site, and the Soin de Beauté name, the spa and school marks and the school crest, belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Nothing on this site gives you the right to use them.
We describe our treatments, courses, prices and times as accurately as we can, but they are a guide and can change. The details that apply to you are the ones shown when you book, or those in your enrolment confirmation.
If something in your booking looks wrong, tell us and we will put it right.
Appointments can be booked through our Fresha page, by phone, by email or in person. Fresha provides the booking service under its own terms; the treatment itself is ours.
Cancellations, late arrivals, missed appointments and refunds are set out in our Booking, Cancellation and Refunds page.
Booking, Cancellation and RefundsPlease tell us before your treatment about anything that could matter: pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions, recent surgery, injuries, medication, or any medical condition.
We may change or decline a treatment if it would not be safe or suitable for you. Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor.
Enrolment is confirmed when we accept it and receive the course fee or deposit. Places are limited and are given in order.
We may change a timetable, a date or a module where we have to, and we will tell you as early as we can.
Certificates are awarded when you complete the requirements of the course. Where a course leads to an award accredited by an outside body, that is stated in the course details.
Gift vouchers are valid for the period printed on them and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please treat a voucher like cash, because we cannot replace one that is lost. A booking is still needed, and our usual booking and cancellation terms apply.
This site links to services we use, such as our booking page and our social accounts. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
We do not limit our responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a direct and foreseeable result of what we have done. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Tell us first, by email at info@soindebeautespa.com or by speaking to us at the spa. We will do our best to put it right, and most concerns are settled this way.
These terms are governed by the law of Saint Lucia, and the courts of Saint Lucia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force now. The terms that apply to a booking or an enrolment are the ones in force at the time you book.
